Sales & Marketing Manager – The Alexander Team

The Marketing and Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting with the creation and execution of a marketing strategy in support of team objectives. This person will specifically assist a Team Sales Lead and Director of Marketing in managing and executing relevant sales and marketing campaigns across the digital landscape and additional tactics related to the selling and renting of properties. With oversight from the marketing director and team sales lead, specific responsibilities will include:

Execution of client and prospect communication strategy for the team sales lead including:

  • Monthly newsletters
  • Direct mailing campaigns
  • Social media strategy including relevant platform schedules and content

Management of marketing platform (Hubspot) including:

  • Email creation
  • Automated Workflow set up
  • Sales tools integrations and relevant templates
  • Becoming an expert in marketing automation and relevant technologies that power the data-driven strategy
  • Data management
    Create, build and edit email and direct mailing lists

Management of Marketing programs and campaigns in support of overall team objectives & listing playbook

  • Leverage relevant platforms to assist with material creation & marketing strategy planning – whether it’s digital or event driven (i.e. setting up paid ad campaigns, broker breakfasts at a listing, being part of cross-functional discussions with internal Elliman teams to ensure we are involved in relevant meetings or discussions to further our team footprint and internal relationships)

Projects related to the selling and renting of properties:

  • Tracking on and off market units
  • Tracking listing expirations and ensuring timely review and brand adjustment per listing after 3.5 months online

Establishing a broker to broker strategy including:

  • Maintaining consistent broker communications with relevant individuals based on listing
  • Scheduling and partnering with marketing and sales to implement Broker tours ensuring relevant communications and follow up

Overall improvement of operations

  • Discovering and identifying new opportunities and workflow changes for team whether that’s marketing, sales, broker community and any existing processes

Management and assistance with bi-weekly reporting for relevant properties
